Senior Director of Finance and Operations

The Senior Director of Finance and Operations is a key member of the senior leadership team at Magnify and is responsible for managing the overall operations and administration of the organization. The Senior Director of Finance and Operations will handle budget management, financial planning, and accounting activities. This role also encompasses operational responsibilities, ensuring compliance and the efficiency and effectiveness of our services and maintaining the highest standards of organizational performance.

Director of Development

Magnify is seeking an individual who can lead the organization’s development program that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through our Residential, Life Skills, Employment, and Transition programs. The position is remote but the candidate should be located in metropolitan Orlando. Office support is located in St. Cloud, Florida and the position may conduct tours at the campus, meet with donors, and attend team building and training at this location.

Life Skills Manager

Magnify is looking for a dependable person to manage and direct the Adult Day Training Program (ADT) on Magnify's Bishop Grady Villas. This individual will supervise the ADT Instructors and oversee the daily operations of the ADT, including building strong community connections and a curriculum for the program.

Magnify is looking for a Villa Manager to direct and manage the operations and activities of assigned resident villas to assist individuals with disabilities in maintaining and developing independence through person-centered planning.

Direct Support Professional

Make a difference daily as a DSP at Magnify's Bishop Grady Villas! Direct Support Professionals help empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives and magnifying their talents by providing daily support, including personal care, medication management assistance, and daily activities. Part-time and full-time positions available.

Maintenance Technician

Bishop Grady Villas is an Assisted Living Community and we are in need of a Maintenance Technician for repairs and general maintenance of facilities and equipment. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.

Employment Specialist

As an employment specialist you will be on the front lines of empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential through meaningful employment opportunities. You will provide daily scheduled direct support and training to individuals with disabilities to maintain their employment in the community.
